The main conference will take place at the Conference Center adjacent to the Westin, our host hotel. Our registration and tour desk will be located here, as well as all conference seminars. The "Camp Lucaya" Kids Club is located adjacent to the Sheraton.

The group rate is valid thru January 10, 2009.  After this date, we can not guarantee you will receive the group rate. Therefore, we strongly suggest you book either the Sheraton or the Westin no later than January 10^th.

The Westin Grand Bahama Island Our Lucaya Resort - HOST HOTEL
Each guestroom features all regular Sheraton room amenities plus Westin's famous Heavenly beds and Heavenly baths, individually-controlled A/C, high-speed internet, mini-bar, coffee maker and in-room Starbucks coffee, and plush bathrobes. All rooms have full balcony.

Each guestroom features Sheraton's famous Sweet Sleeper beds. Choice of balcony or patio.

Ocean View: $169.00 per night plus tax

All hotel amenities, including pool, recreation facilities, restaurants and more are shared between the two hotels.
